Microsofts web page has this as the reason for that return code.

1920 The file can not be accessed by the system. ERROR_CANT_ACCESS_FILE

Are these Pegasus mail files open and inaccesible?  Are you able to
copy them to a different location (to test accessibility)?

You could try excluding the files from backup.

Hello,
one of my users has a problem with the TSM 3.7.1 client under Win2K. He
gets the following error messages:
03/14/2000 13:27:11 TransWin32RC(): Win32 RC 1920 from
QueryAllocatedRanges(): CreateFile
03/14/2000 13:27:11 GetBackupStreamSize(): CreateFile(): Win32 RC =
1920.
03/14/2000 13:27:11 TransWin32RC(): Win32 RC 1920 from fioGetAttrib():
GetBackupStreamInfo
03/14/2000 13:27:15 GetBackupStreamSize(): CreateFile(): Win32 RC =
1920.
03/14/2000 13:27:15 TransWin32RC(): Win32 RC 1920 from
QueryAllocatedRanges(): CreateFile

This seems to happen with files from Pegasus mail software. Checkdisk
does not report any errors.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a solution for the problem?
