Another reason that the db. is growing too fast..........

If you are using Lotus Notes Agent, *SM is saving a record ind the db. for
every document
ind the Notes Db. (.NSF file), that means that if you have 100 users with
one mail box pr.
person and those persons have 1000 mails each. You have 100*1000 records
ind your
*SM db.

So as you can see, it is fearly easy to fill you *SM db. the more Notes Db.
you have.
Try to keep you expiration on the managamentclass you are using to a
minimum.

You might use the full backup once a week, so you only have to keep your
document backup
for maximum 7 days.
