Hi,
     I've installed just one ConnectAgent and it worked Ok. I can think on some
things that can help you.
          - Set the environment Variables (DSMI* and PATH)
          - Work in the same machine (the Server) where you installed the TDP
          - Review the Notes.ini (see the Installation guide)
          -The Gui only displays once you opened a Database
          -DSMNOTES  alone do nothing, try dsmnotes Incr something.nsf
