probably a client process... if they are in use...
if they are "idle" they might have just finished use, say if stgpool is
collocate yes, and it is waiting for the mountr time prior to dismounting it
you may do a q sess f=d to look at all current client sessions to see if any
of them have a tape allocated

and it is in the device class definition that the mount retention time is
set... if a tape used in a migration fills it doesn't wait the
mountretention prior to being dismounted... only in the case of output, no
longer in use and not fillled AND input (client restore/retrieve) and not
being used will the tape remain mounted for the mountr period of time but a
q mount should show it idle
