Tapes that are members of a pool are always members of that pool, even if
they are out of the library.  The only way they are no longer part of the
pool is if they are deleted, or all of the data is moved or expired off of
them.

If you want to know what tapes have archive data on them, create a separate
pool for archives.  Then you will know.  Otherwise, archive data may be
mixed with backup data.  This is not a problem, but if you want to remove
archive data only, you can't really do that.
