You should be able to look those messages up in the message manual.

I like to have it downloaded local on my machine and then search
it using adobe acrobat.

Do you always get the tcp/ip errors?  Do manual backups work?
Do you have other netware servers that backup successfully?

Using the client listed above on a netware 4.1 server I have been getting
the following in the error log.

I would appreciate at aleast a pointer of where to look for these return
codes and messages.  I have looked in the adsm client for netware manual
with no success.
