The only problem we experienced was the fact that Tivoli/IBM now classifies
TSM as new code
and makes it un-upgradable over existing ADSM code.
We found with the size of our installation, the upgrade costs to switch from
ADSM to TSM to be very substantial.
Both at a server, client and connect agent level.  ADSM is so well rooted in
our environment that the decision
to do away with TSM and go with another product is not probable....

Is this a cash grab or is TSM 3.7 code dramatically that much different from
ADSM 3.1.2.50 that it warrants
the increased costs to upgrade....
