We are running ADSM Version 2 (I know it's almost obselete) and we have come
accross the following error message when trying to retrieve files, has
anyone come accross this error in the past, and if so can you advise how to
fix it ?

Error message is :

" Enter The Beginning Insertion Range in 311299 format "

Can anyone help me please !!!
