Bill,
that's certainly true, I believe. Our clients are reporting that their total 
charges did decrease when they
migrated to 3.1 from V2.x on VM/ESA. But the main queestion at the moment for 
them and us is will
there be a 3.7 release for VM and will it contain the new DR features that are 
available for other
platforms?
