Absolutely.  I assume you are going to cable the second library over some
fiber connection.  It will appear "local" to your existing *SM server.  You
will then create your copy storage pool using a device class that points at
the second library.  Then you backup stg handles the movement of data
between the two.  DRM tracks copy storage pool volumes as you direct.  The
fact that these tapes never actually leave the library isn't particularly
relevant.  DRM expects you to do move drmedia commands to move tapes in and
out of the library, but you won't be doing this.

Don't you all just love a guy with this sort of problem?  Most of us don't
have enough library space and this guy's got room to keep his copy storage
pool volumes on-line!
