Ch. 2 pg 33, Installing The Clients:

dsmstat-- executable file for NFS filesystem status timeout.  Remove this file
if you do not have any NFS mounted filesystems or you do not want to use the
nfstimeout option.

BTW-
I also wanted to thank everyone for the MSDN answer to y win32/NT API error
return code question!
