Eric,

If you are still in need of education, check out SHARE Inc. at
www.share.org.  They will be having a conference in Anaheim, March 5 -10,
with a lot of sessions on *SM (maybe 20?), plus plenty on AIX, NT and
virtually all other subjects having to do with IBM hardware and software.
