390 & ADSM dispatching priority

Hi there can any of you 390 & ADSM 3.1 users answer this.

How is the dispatching priority and performance groups of your ADSM server
defined.

What I am trying to find out how best ADSM should be tuned on the mainframe
to achieve best possible performance.

We have it pretty low down in dispatching priority, below TSO CICS etc.  Is
there a guideline to how much resources ADSM should get on 390 mainframe.
