keep in mind, that if you use only one management class for the archive, the
retention period changes for every archive made with it. For every client,
assigned to that policy that is.
A way around this would be multiple management classes per client node. It
is an administrative burden, but we have things set up this way. Many of our
customers tend to change their minds often, concerning retentions and
things. So we have more than one archive management class per client.
