It doesn't remove the old inventory. Presumably, you would leave the tapes
that are in the library, in the library. They might change slots due to the
fussing you would be doing. Then fill up the new slots with new tapes, and
either run the label libvol or if the tapes are labeled, checkin libvol
command to get the known to *SM.
