exclude c:\...\*
exclude.dir c:\...\
You want the exclude.dir too since directories entries are backed up even if
all the files within them are excluded.
You might also consider using the domain statement and only put the drives
you want to backup into that statement:
domain d: e: f:
or
domain d:
For a single drive.
By default, the domain is all-local, so all locally attached drives (or
filespaces in the case of UNIX) are backed up.
