Hi,

I assume your disk pools are large enough
to accept your nightly backups.
Another assumption is your cpu/disks 
are strong enough so that the 
reclamation will not slow your backups down.

In this case I see no problem
with your intention.
In fact I do not carry much about when
my reclamations run, so they 
run occasionally in parallel with backups
w.out any problem.
