I haven't tired this but it might do what you want.

The skipntpermissions option bypasses processing of NTFS security information.
Select this option for
incremental backups, selective backups, or restores.


Syntax

                      +-No--+
>>--SKIPNTPermissions-+-----+-------------------------------------------><
                      +-Yes-+
Parameters

No
     If you specify No, the NTFS security information is backed up or restored.
This is the default.

Yes
     If you specify Yes, the NTFS security information is not backed up or
restored.
