I have 2 pools (onsite and offsite).  The onsite pool is filespace colocated
and the offsite pool has NO colocation.
*The onsite seems to grab a volume at a time per task and therefore would
review the thresholds at the end of each tape.
*The offsite builds a complete list of volumes that be reclaimed and
wouldn't review the thresholds until that complete list has been processed.
