Julie,

If you want to specify the resourceutilization option, you will need to add
it manually to dsm.opt (or specify in clientopts).  It's not exposed in the
preferences editor.  I believe the intent was that only exceptional cases
would necessitate specifying other than the default value.  If folks are
finding it necessary to take other than the default in most cases, please
let us know.
