ADSM V3.1.0.7 Windows NT Client Status

Does anyone know if there was ever a final(bug free) version of the Windows NT
3.1.0.7 client?  I want to install the ADSM
client on a couple Windows NT clusters but will hold off if the 3.1.0.7 still
has problems.
