What kind of library is the 3590 in?  Are you trying to define a standalone
3590 or a 3494?

If it's a standalone, you need to install the IBMmag kit from

ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/devdrvr/WinNT/

Then you need to define a manual library.

If it's a 3494, you need the IBMatl kit from the same directory.

There is a SCSI manual that describes how to do this in the devdrvr
directory.
