We actually resolved the problem. It turns out that we had incorrectly
updated some of the readonly volumes that had not been relabeled at the new
higher density to readwrite. ADSM was trying to mount the readwrite volume
in a 3590B drive and none of those existed in the library (they are all now
3590E drives). Once I updated the volume back to readonly the storage meadia
inaccessible problems went away.
