Expiration alone does not reclaim storage space...

Once in a while (once a day, week, month...etc) you must issue the command:

    UPDATE STGPOOL xxxxxxx RECLAIM=60

This will start a process that will reclaim your storage pool... (where
xxxxxxx is the name of the storage poll you want to reclaim...)

When it is over, re-issue the same command but set it back to 100...
