Check the activity log around the time in question.  You should get more
information there.  My first guess would be maxscratch is set too low on the
tape storage pool where the data is trying to go.  Another possible problem
is there are no scratch tapes in the library and all the pool volumes are
full.  Again, the activity log should help you determine what the problem
is.
