Instead of backing up 800+ NT event logs... I suggest looking at some
products like OnePoint from Mission Critical Software... It consolidates and
analyses at a global point of view your 800+ NT event logs...

It stores this information in an SQL 7.0 database... then you can easily
back that up...

Easy remote install, no reboot, no change in config on client... just like
all NT products should be like, right?
