Thank you for your reply. We did define VERDELETED=0, and RETONLY=0, and
BACKDELETE=yes.
The problem was : I compared to the wrong occupancy file.
After I checked again, some oracle files have been deleted.

After Oracle DBA deleted some backup, (Thanks God. He finally did it. We'll
get
back at least 11Terabytes.)
I still see that oracle is occupying the same amount of tape space when I use
the "q occupancy oracle1" command.
Expiration did run, but seems nothing expired for oracle.
Do you have any idea?
