Hi TSM-ers!
I received new 3570 XL cartridges and I'm trying to label them.
When I enter the command "label libvol 3575lib-r1 search=yes
labelsource=barcode checkin=scratch" I receive the following errors:

ANR8813W Unable to read the barcode of cartridge in slot element 46 in
library 3575LIB-R1.
ANR8813W Unable to read the barcode of cartridge in slot element 47 in
library 3575LIB-R1.
ANR8813W Unable to read the barcode of cartridge in slot element 48 in
library 3575LIB-R1.
.
.
etc.

I end up with no tapes labeled an no tapes checked in. I was suspecting my
barcode reader, so I went to my 3575 library and I selected the "mount tape"
option from the library control panel. This builds a library volume list
which you can scroll through. When I scrolled through the list, I could see
all volume labels, which should indicate that the barcode reader is working
fine.
I'm lost now. Can anybody help me with this?
Thank you very much for your reply in advance!
Kindest regards,
Eric van Loon
