TSM NT 3.1.7 GUI Error Message

I believe this error was posted before but I did not keep the mail around.
   When trying to bring up the Backup Client GUI after an installation of NT
      3.1.7 I receive the following error:

      dsm.exe - ordinal not found
      The ordinal 6905 could not be located in the dynamic link library
      MFC42.dll
