Installation failed on AIX 4.3.2

Hi ADSMer=01%s
the first Time I had to install ADSM Client on AIX and it went wrong:
AIX =3D 4.3.2
ADSM/Tivoli Client =3D V3.1.07 (PTF U464366) or V3.7.1 (PTF IP21802)
during Installation and in the Log-File we see the folowing:
