Hi Eric,

I am suspecting that you are facing APAR IC24549 (even if you are on NT):
" MESSAGE "ANS4001E ERROR PROCESSING '\\MYSYSTEM\C$': FILE SPACE
  NOT KNOWN TO SERVER" RECEIVED DURING BACKUP ON WIN95, WIN98.  "

If you need to schedule an incremental, you can try to go back to the
fixtest  3.1.0.6Q2
(IC22732Q) available on the ftp site:
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/storage/adsm/fixtest/v3r1/win32/intel/
