I don't like the "Get Real" message... in some cases WAN link can be very
expensive... Take my example, an ATM (45Meg) line to a location 250 KM away
would cost me 20,000US$ a month... even 1 Meg line is 8,000US$. In this
case, I would rather install another server in that location... in the long
run, the cost are cheaper...

I still need to backup/restore even if my Telcom lines are down...

Remember, telecom cost are still high in some part of the world, and
sometimes not very reliable...

As for the 3590's, for that kind of volume, maybe is an over kill... try
looking at 3570....
