The NT service definition that you are using to schedule backups hit a snag.
If it happens on a consistent basis, then maybe its time for something more
indepth.  Nothing to worry about for now.

Console, in this instace refers to an output stream/psuedo-device.
Think of the console as a console on an AIX system.  Looks like an attempt
to access a memory location it has no business accessing is the issue.
Which, on the surface, says there's a problem with the program.  But
more times than not it's a one-time occurance or because of a mixup due to
a multitude of things running on a system.

Ways to work around it, I see a number of days logged in the error log.
How long has this been going on.  What new apps, etc are running on the
system.  Can you temporarily disable some of the others to see if closing
those down make a difference?  Anti-Virus/Doc Watson/Other System Tray Apps
and Beta Software?
