Can anyone help with the following errors?

The client is an NT SP5 Notes 4.6 server running ADSM 3.1.0.6 backup archive
client (installed client code 9/12/99).  Has been
running fine until this weekend.  The Lotus Connect Agent is still running fine.

This was the error displayed on the machine:
     An application error has occurred and an application error log is being
     generated.
     dsmcsvc.exe
     Exception: access violation (0x0000005)
     Address: 0x44ff5000

The error was severe enough that Notes server (portion) would not re-start.  The
machine had to re-booted.



The applcation Event log shows:

The description for Event ID ( 4097 ) in Source ( Quincy ) could not be found.
It contains the following insertion string(s):
