Try OverlandData and their LibraryExpress units.

DLT 4000 or 7000 drives are available. The units start (I think) at 10 slots
and 2 drives, and are then extendable upwards to about 100 slots and 4
drives (depending on rack space available).
You can get "standalone" non expandable options, or rack mounted expandable
options.
