No...Run LABEL LIBV SEARCH=YES  to make ADSM aware of the new slots...
It's up to to the library to find the new slots and let ADSM know about it.

ADSM is only aware of those slots that have
a) Drives defined
b) Tapes checked in

It doesn't keep track of how many slots, just one's its
make aware of.  So expansion is not a problem.
