Hi Francis,

This change came about due to APAR IC23129, which describes
problems with installing ODBC on non-English systems. While I
can not say exactly which non-English systems will or will not
have problems, here is the closing text for the APAR:

"Our ODBC component is not NLS-ready, and should not be
installed on non-U.S. English Windows systems. The
installation has been corrected so that the ODBC driver
will no longer install on these systems."

We hope to lift this restriction at some later time, although
I do not know when this will be.

Hello,

I want to use the ODBC driver of TSM 3.7.1 on a NT 4 WS but during the
installation, TSM don't give me the possibility to select this option.
I am using NT4 in english and the regionnal setting is French(Belgium). Is
this the cause of my problems?

Does somebody luck to install the ODBC driver on a non american machine ?
