Hi,

I have a question regarding the volumes used for DBBACKUPS. If I do a dbbackup
with the command:

backup db devc=AUTO_TAPE_LIBRARY type=full ( or incr )

ADSM ( 3.1.2.20 on AIX ) always requests and gets a new scratch tape. So if I do
this daily (incr) and weekly (full) and keep them for lets say 1 month I would
need
abouth 30+ tapes just for dbbackup. But there would be enough free space on one
tape to hold lots of incremental backups ?

How can I change this behavior ??
