W e have the same problems here because some tapes can be out of lib.
 the solution is the next:
1. use dsmadmc>show volumeusage <nodename>  { filesp=<filespacename> } > all.txt
                                   ^ optional
   and you ll get the full list of libvolumes for some node.
2. than compare this all.txt to "dsmadmc> q libvol > inlib.txt" and you'll get
the list of libvolumes
    outside of library
