Hello,

I have just the same problem with a French(Belgian) NT machine that is TSM
3.7.1 client.
If the NT language is set to French(Belgian), TSM 3.7.1 is automatically
installed in French.
If the language is set for exemple to Dutch(Belgian), like Dutch is not
(until now) a TSM supported language, the installation occurs in English.

Is there a way to FORCE the installation of TSM 3.7.1 in ANY CASE in
english?
