When I run the aobpswd program, I should be able to enter my current
password and when it prompts me for a new password I am instructed to just
press Enter.  Manual: ADSMConnect Agent for Oracle Backup on WindowsNT Step
5:Initializing the Password.  I should then see a message, "YOUR PASSWORD
HAS BEEN ACCEPTED ON THE ADSM SERVER."  I do not see this.  I only am
prompted again for my new password.
