Best way to deal with lost copypool tape

My offsite provider just informed me they lost a copypool tape. What is the
best way to deal with this situation? Should I DELETE VOLUME
DISCARDDATA=YES,
or should I MOVE DATA? Factors to keep in mind are: 1) We use DRM so the
solution needs to be compatible with that; and 2) If the lost volume was to
suddently show up, I would want to put it back in service as is (that is,
without having to relabel it).
