TSM v.3.7.1 for windows

Hi

I just downloaded and installed this one on my win95.
ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/v3r7/client/Windows/v3r7l1/i386/single/

When i start dsmc or dsmadmc.exe or dsmc.exe i get these
errors.......(translated from the danish win95)  'A device attached to the
system is not operable' and  'DSMADMC.EXE is chained to a missing exportfile
KERNEL32.DLL:GetDiskFreeSpaceExA'.     All i can do is to click the ok-button.

Any ideas ??
