Betsy,
All our Windows clients (about 400 Win95 and WinNT) run both ADSM and
Microsoft SMS.
I have seen no problems at all between them.
We also used to see the "registry problems" occasionally when ADSM kicked in
on a Win95 machine.
FWIW, I haven't seen one of those since we upgraded our ADSM clients to
3.1.0.6.
