If you have IBM support call IBM. Insist on talking to a manager.
Make sure that they enter the call as a FAULT on there side. bitch and moan.

also send scathing email (and complain about tivolis small font on the web page

and suggest that they make a DEDICATED server with a DEDICATED name
that only has the man pages and nothing fancy. advertise THAT machine name
to the user groups so that the people that actually use it don't have to go
through
the fluff and we don't have it dependant on their coders for the main fluff
pages.
or you could just suggest that they do better debugging.

if they had shipped the hard bound manuals like the said they would, i wouldn't
