It was my understanding that 3.1.0.7 21617 HAS the name space support. I was
running that on a server and the server kept abending. We didn't care about the
name space anyway (obsolete) so installing 24389 which DOES NOT have the support
was a good solution for us. Seems like if it is gone, it won't be back since
that will affect existing filespaces. ??
