I'd be tempted to start from scratch.  Do you have a good database backup?
If you do, you can use dsmserv format to create new db and log volumes and
then dsmserv restore db to recover your database.  This would eliminate
possible corruption in the files.  Take a look at the admin guide for
details on the commands above, but in a nutshell:

dsmserv format 1 log01.dsm 500 2 db01.dsm 1000 db02.dsm 1000

where the first 1 specifies that there will be one log file, log01.dsm at
500 M, and the 2 means create two db vols, db01.dsm at 1000 M and db02.dsm
at 1000 M.

Then

dsmserv restore db todate=latestbackupdat totime=latestbackuptime

Look in your volhist.out file to find the most recent backup tape and get
the time and date from there.
