     Try status=private since this is an existing tape adsm will not let
     you assign it a status of scratch.

        That gives me a new problem as shown below.  I tried this with a new
tape
and the process worked, but I can't find the tape.  I assume a new tape has to
be
assigned to a storage pool.  Is there anything else I need to do to add new
tapes.

Here is the current error.
