Richard, I agree with most of what you said. The point where we go separate
ways is that upgrading the network will improve through put. Like you said,
Chris needs to get with the network people and determine if there is a
bottle neck and where it is. Then the information the manager needs to make
the decision will be available or they will have found some other reason for
the lack of through put.
