Restore what? Those files are used in conjunction with ADSM server restoral.
They are input only to stand-alone dsmserv operations. If the database is
fine, then you don't need to fuss over them: use 'BAckup DEVCONFig' and
'BAckup VOLHistory' to refresh those files if they were deleted or corrupted.
